Last updated: 30 September 2026

In short. Tile Titans is a free, ad-supported merge puzzle. No account is required and you never enter a name or an e-mail. The game plays fully offline; when you are online it signs in anonymously so your high score can appear on the leaderboard, which shows only a score, your platform and your device model. Ads are served by Yandex Ads. We do not sell data and never ask for contacts, camera, microphone or location.

1. Who processes the data

The developer and data controller is Robert Tadevosyan (independent developer), robtdyn@gmail.com. The app is published on Google Play under the id lets.play.game.

2. What data the app uses and where it is stored

Ad counters: how many sessions you have played, when an ad was last shownKeeping the first sessions ad-free and limiting how often ads appearOn your device only
Anonymous user ID (Firebase Authentication)Telling your leaderboard entry apart from other players' without any sign-upFirebase (Google). It contains no name, e-mail or phone number
Leaderboard entry: your best score, the platform (Android), your device model and OS versionThe public Hall of Titans leaderboardsFirebase Realtime Database; visible to other players

Crash and error reports: stack trace, device model, OS version, app state at the timeFixing bugsFirebase Crashlytics (Google)
Advertising identifier, IP address, approximate country, device model and OS version, impression and click dataServing and measuring adsYandex Ads (see section 4)

The app also reads a small settings file from Firebase to know whether ads should be shown on a given screen. That request sends nothing about you beyond what any network request reveals.

3. Who receives data

Only the services listed above, each for the purpose stated next to it:

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone else.

4. Ads in the game

The game is free and paid for by ads. There is one banner on quiet screens and an occasional full-screen ad after a win — never in the middle of a move. Your first sessions are ad-free, and there is a cooldown so a full-screen ad cannot appear twice in quick succession. Ads are served by Yandex Ads, which may use your device's advertising identifier under its own policy. There are no in-app purchases and no subscriptions.

5. Permissions and device features

The app requests internet access, for ads and the leaderboard. It does not ask for contacts, camera, microphone, location, photos or files.

6. Retention and deletion

Everything on your device is deleted when you uninstall the app. The leaderboard entry stays in the database under your anonymous ID. Because the ID is stored on the device, uninstalling means the old entry can no longer be matched to you, and a fresh install creates a new one. To have an existing entry removed, write to robtdyn@gmail.com and say which score and device model it shows.

7. Security

Traffic to Firebase and to the ad network is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Leaderboard writes are limited so that a player can only write to their own entry.

8. Children

The game is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them. It contains ads, which is declared on the store listing.

9. Your rights

You can ask what is stored about your anonymous ID, ask for the leaderboard entry to be deleted, or object to its processing, by writing to robtdyn@gmail.com. Because no account exists, please describe the entry (score, device model) so it can be found.

10. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes the date at the top changes with it, and the current version always lives at this address.
