Privacy Policy

Last updated: 24 September 2026

In short. Hue Lab is a free, ad-supported colour-sorting puzzle. No account is required and the game has no server: your progress and settings stay on your device. Ads are served by Google AdMob or Yandex Ads depending on your country, and they may use your device's advertising identifier under their own policies. We do not run analytics or crash reporting, we do not sell data, and we never ask for contacts, camera, microphone or location.

1. Who processes the data

The developer and data controller is Robert Tadevosyan (independent developer), robtdyn@gmail.com. The app is published on Google Play and the App Store under the id am.game.colorsortx.

2. What data the app uses and where it is stored

The app does not require or collect your name, e-mail address, phone number, contacts, photos, precise location or payment details. There are no in-app purchases, no accounts and no analytics or crash-reporting SDKs.

3. Who receives data

Only the network chosen for your region is initialised; the other never sends a request. We do not sell personal data or share it with any other third party. Ad data may be processed on servers outside your country (including the US, the EU and Russia) under the policies of the providers above.

4. Ads in the game

The first three play sessions show no ads at all. Afterwards: a short full-screen ad may appear after a level result, at most once per two results, at least three minutes apart and at most six times a day; a rewarded video plays only when you press Hint or Extra tube after your free uses; one small banner is shown on the Settings screen. No ad ever interrupts play.

5. Permissions and device features

6. Retention and deletion

All game data lives on your device and is removed when you uninstall the app or use Settings → Reset progress. We hold no data about you on any server, so there is nothing for us to delete. Data collected by the ad networks is kept under their retention rules; you can reset or limit your advertising identifier in your device settings (Android: Settings → Google → Ads; iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking / Apple Advertising).

7. Security

All ad traffic uses HTTPS. The app has no server of its own and stores no credentials.

8. Children

The game is suitable for all ages but is not directed specifically at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal data from them. The ad networks are asked to treat the app as general-audience content.

9. Your rights

You can uninstall the app at any time, reset progress in Settings, withdraw consent to personalised ads (Settings → Privacy options where available, or your device's ad settings). Residents of the EEA, the UK, Brazil and California have the right to access, correct, delete and port their data — as we hold none, requests concerning ad data go to the network named above; we are happy to help at the address below.

10. Changes to this policy

If data practices change we will update this page and the "Last updated" date. Material changes will be noted in the store release notes.
